HEAD COACH:
Stefano Salerno​
​
Coach Salerno started working for A&M Consolidated High School in the fall of 2009. He moved to the U.S. from Malta, where he taught English and coached soccer at the youth level. Coach Salerno currently teaches sophomore English and is the level leader for tenth grade English. He is also the head women's club soccer coach at Texas A&M University, as well as the assistant cross country coach at A&M Consolidated. Coach Salerno became the head coach of the soccer team in 2012.
Coach Salerno earned his Advanced National Diploma with NSCAA in 2017, his National Diploma with NSCAA in 2015, and his E License with USSF in 2015. The high school team won three district titles in a row (2015-2017) and made it to the Regional Quarterfinals three times in the last five years.

VARSITY ASSISTANT:
Jarrod Southern​​

This will be Coach Southern's fourth year as a Consol soccer coach. Coach Southern moved to the United States from South Africa and brings with him a strong knowledge of the game and an unbridled passion for the sport.
​
Coach Southern will be the assistant varsity coach for the 2018 season.

HEAD JV-A COACH, JV COORDINATOR, VARSITY ASSISTANT:
Chris Fox​​

Coach Fox has been working at Consol for nine years. He joined the Tiger Soccer family (together with Coach Salerno) in 2012. Coach Fox brings with him a vast array of knowledge having himself played in high school at a competitive level.

Coach Fox heads the JV-A team and is in charge of coordinating the JV program.
​

This is Coach Eder's first year as a coach at A&M Consolidated. He joins us from Victoria and also coaches football at the high school. He will be assisting Coach Fox at the JV-A level and will also be assisting the varsity team.

HEAD JV-B COACH, VARSITY ASSISTANT:
Hector Weir​​

This is Coach Weir's second year at the school and in the soccer program. Coach Weir got promoted to Head JV-B coach this year and he brings with him the knowledge necessary to build our JV program. He will be working hand-in-hand with the other JV coaches to develop our younger players and will also assist the varsity team.
